UPDATED: Ulric has found his forever home!!
He’s handsome, he’s impeccably well mannered, clean in the house, is crate trained, quiet and fun to hang out with. Karen, his foster mom, has done an AMAZING job starting him on obedience training. He knows all of the basic commands – he’d be really fun to take to ongoing obedience classes, just for the challenge of it. He enjoys being outside, playing fetch with you (even if it’s fetching snowballs!), and he loves long walks. He’d be perfect for an energetic owner who wants a Frenchie that can go on outings.
Ulric came out of a pretty rough situation – multiple intact males all running loose in the same house. Because of that, he’s a bit unwilling to share ‘his’ toys, so he needs a home where he’s the only dog, and we think he might chase cats, so better safe than sorry.
This is a dog who LOVES people – laps and snuggling are his favorite things. If he had a choice, he’d spend all his time sitting snuggled next to you on the couch. Ulric can be a bit enthusiastic about greeting people, so he might knock over a toddler. We think he’d be best in a home with kids over age 5.
He’s neutered, up to date on all shots, and is located in the Niagara Region. He’s available for adoption to families willing to drive to him.
I know that there’s the perfect family out there someplace for Ulric, and it breaks my heart to see him languishing, waiting for a family to love him.

Even if he’s not right for you, please pass his info on to anyone you know who might enjoy sharing their life with this dapper and debonair little Frenchman. You can also post him to your Facebook page by “liking” his page!
More photos of Ulric are here, and he has a new video coming soon.
